This is probably the best Denny’s location I’ve been to, EVER. We were immediately seated, unlike the other restaurants in the area with hour or longer wait times. Our waitress was super kind and always checking on us to see how everything was. I ordered the All-American slam, and for the price their was plenty of food. It was good for what it was, but not amazing. Also conveniently right on the parkway. In the entrance they also had a ton of booklets on things to do in the area, and also had 4 arcade machines.

Went two nights in a row since almost nothing else was open late. We had to wait a good while due to insufficient staffing but everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Big ups to our server Dylan, that guy is awesome. He was running around from table to table and still gave us a great customer service experience.

The good is that we were seated immediately. Coffee was good and hot but you had to ask for flavored creamer, otherwise they only bring you half and half. We were staying at the hotel next door and got tired of their food so decided to try this place. The waiter never came back after taking our order so we had to resort to flagging another waitress down to ask for refills on our coffee.
When our food came out, my eggs were slimy (I asked for them over medium) meaning no slime, please.
My toast was cooked on one side and completely white on the other, with one dab of butter In the center.
French toast was so mushy in the middle, it almost made me gag. The outside you see, was so stale and hard, it was unedible.
With the rise in food prices after Covid, it's understandable and I will happily pay the extra....but when your raising prices due to cost, make sure the food being served has standards that are just as high as your prices please.

My husband and I took our 11 year old autistic daughter to her 1st dennys trip today. She never communicates with anyone she doesn't know without having emotional issues during it. We were met immediately by Taylor who had instant smiles and friendliness. She aced our experience as our waitress. We never had a need for refills or having to have our requests delayed. She made sure our drinks were full, our plates were Exactly as we asked, and anything we needed was immediately brought to us. We had Randy cook for us, and he had my husband's steak melting in his mouth before he could chew it, he made my omelet EXACTLY the way that I asked Taylor if it could be made. He made a point to ask us if our omelets were made like expected, and honestly, no. Neither were, because they were Both made better than we had expected them to be. The food was delicious. Taylor had the ability to make us feel so at home that our daughter placed her own order and said please and thank you without being scared or too shy. She even felt comfortable with Taylor and Randy enough to have a self initiated conversation with tthem both about her pets and love of pancakes. She was especially appreciative of the effort they went through to make sure her crepe was made like she wanted. And knowing that she had no emotional issues at all with talking to Taylor and seen how she openly thanked Randy has made this an unforgettable dining experience. The friendliness, conversations, laughter, and quality of our food and service has for sure been 100 percent the reason that Dennys at Pigeon Forge will see more of us. Thank you Taylor and Randy. You guys were amazing. You work hard and made our experience the best for us and especially our daughter.

My favorite place to eat when I come to pigeon forge they were closed due to no help The sign says their taken to go orders No, their closed. I'm not mad at ya, 🙂 I completely understand maybe next time.keep doing your Best. Hi, I made it back 6/11/22 Yay, you were open and so busy .the line was all the way down the sidewalk but the long wait was very well worth it.Everything was GREAT. Kerry, she was very friendly and very helpful. Our server Kelsey or Chelsea sorry I forgot .outdid herself. She was so wonderful. You don't see young ones working as hard, good as her anymore. She went beyond her work to make sure we had a nice meal. She was like that at all the tables I noticed. Thank you Denny's, Kerry & Kelsey
