Ate here in October, late afternoon. Me and my parents for their anniversary. Party if 3. Outside looks nice and clean. It’s a small Hard Rock Cafe. Had a 15 minute wait. And there was people waiting before us and more coming in after. There were clearly empty tables. As always cool memorabilia. Nice presentation. Cool scratch off tickets set on table, with shop discounts.
Our server was Devon. He was amazing. A little slow with the water refills. But he noticed my medium rare steak was medium. The manager came out took a look, and took it off our tab.
Food was good. Great onion rings. Pleasantly surprised by cheese crisps in my Cesar salad. The chicken was grilled to perfection. And I’m picky about it. Bathrooms were pretty clean.

Food was good and service was good. They are just like everyone else at this time and need more help. However, our food did come out pretty quickly. If you are looking for something spicy, don't order Diablo Burger. Menu claims it is spicy but it had very minimal spice.

The customer service and food here was great! Out waitress, Crystal, took very good care of us. She was very attentive and came to check on us often. The food was delicious as well. It was a bit overpriced for the food options but we were on vacation sooo... Anyhow, it was our first visit to a Hard Rock Cafe and it was good.

A good location, nice parking in a very busy area like Pigeon Forge. The food was good and the staff was very nice. I personally recommend the Steak Salad, I get them every time I visit a Hard Rock Cafe.
It’s always pricey at Hard Rock Cafes, so keep that in mind. But if you’re a fan of the chain like my family is then you’re gonna go, no matter the cost…
There’s also some great memorabilia hanging on the walls (just like any other Hard Rock) in this location, be sure to peruse the area and take it all in.

This was my first Hard Rock Cafe experience and it was a very pleasant one. The ambiance was fantastic. Service on point. They had a live band. The food was excellent. What I thought was interesting was that they had a local menu of dishes that was separate from their regular menu. I ended up getting the burger from that menu and it was exquisite. Will def come by again.
