Ober was such a great experience. We were able to do so much here, it's a world of its own. Definitely a must do if visiting Gatlinburg. We started off by taking a Tramway to the top of the mountain. We did Ice Skating, Snow Tubing, Skiing, ate and shopped. I recommend the first thing to do once arrival is to sign your waivers, get your activity times and rental gear in check. Once you know what your doing enjoy the ice skating ring, eat, or shop while you wait for your activity time. We did the Snow Tubing so many times, it was amazing. Later on at night we did Skiing, that was my first time ever so it was a bit hard for me. But what an experience, I felt safe and so many nice people around to help out. The food was great, the bathrooms were clean. Everything was clean, and truly beautiful. The staff was extremely nice, I mean everyone in that place was so helpful. It was a wholesome feeling. Were from Miami, Fl and this place was on my bucket list. I am so grateful we had the experience we did. Definitely will be back again, and will recommend this place to everyone.

The family had a great time. The Wildlife Habitat was very clean for the animals. The activities are suited for almost all ages. They also just recently opened up a Downhill Mountain Biking trail system with an easy, intermediate, and advanced course. so if you enjoy bike riding I strongly recommend trying it out. The only activity we didn't get to do was the Ice Skating. It was down for maintenance.

The tram up and down was nice. It was good to park on the bottom for $15 as opposed to paying $20 on top. The workers were kind and helpful. The price to go on the Gondala alone would be the best option. The extra $ for the other amenities weren't worth it.
The place itself is dated and feels a little dirty. It is not very busy. The best highlight was going on the yellow ski lift to see the beautiful view. We enjoyed going on the mountain coasters but they continually stopped along the way. The food was OK but overpriced for what you got. We liked to see the animals but the place where the animals were had stagnant water. The bears were pacing in their enclosure. I am glad they have a place rather than being euthanized. Our kids enjoyed it for the most part. Went through it in about 3 hrs total.

For my first experience it was very nice, but its more ideal for people who want to ski or snowboard. The playground for kids is only open on weekends which was a bummer. But all in all there is other things to do like ice skating snow tubing and much more. Of course the best part the views, I have never seen such a beautiful view.

The views were amazing. The ride gave a good overview of places we hadn't seen from the road. It was a quick ride, very smooth, the car didn't "bounce" much as it moved across the lines.
It would be nice to take the trip in the fall during the height of leaf changes.
The building had shops, snacks, and games; fun for many!
