Really cold place. We came here mid-Saturday for a beer and cheese pairing, and it was a ton of fun. One of the employees explained all the foods we were trying, how and why they were purée, as well as how the flavors worked together. It was all super tasty, both the beers and the cheeses. For what we paid each, it was definitely a fair experience. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in town, the staff told me they’re trying to make these events a seasonal thing!
Great spot with a river view and a set of outdoor picnic tables. Impressive selection of sour beers. Friendly staff. Cavernous interior. What are you smelling when you walk in? That is beer, brewing.
Great little brewery near the river. Was on the way into downtown to head for pizza, and recalled that we had some breweries on the list of places to go. Decided to drop into Printshop (they were highly recommended by the staff at Abridged). I ordered the cream ale, which was delicious, and my wife (the dark beer lover) ordered their Wailing Winter Winds, which is a blonde stout. The color through me, but man oh man that flavor! What a unique and interesting beer that was. Me not being much of a stout/porter guy, I stuck with my cream ale which was excellent. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended place for beer.
Had a great time here. Great learning the history of the brewery and the flagship beers are great with the rotating ones being so unique without being left field. Bartenders are great.
Can't say enough good things. New beer is poping up up constantly. Most everything has been great. Bring back the barrel aged impreial stout! Great addition to the Knoxville beer scene. Extra parking under the James white parkway bridge. 150 ft walk down the sidewalk.
