I booked special tour to Great Smoky Mountains for my husband and me by Rocky Top, and it was their 1st tour of this season on May 10th, 2023. The lady at the office was very nice, and our driver Jim was very knowledgeable, informative guy. He took us to high
elevation points, and breathtaking views of Smoky Mountains. I would recommend them to everyone who loves nature and explore!

Drivers of this company are extremely dangerous while driving through towns. I had the displeasure of having 3 of their busses go straight from a left turn only lane at a very busy and narrow inter-section. If the company would like I have video of the incident I'd be happy to share. Location is Alexandria, VA

Rocky Top Tours, and specifically Ben, offered us top-notch service and went above and beyond to help us book a last-minute shuttle. I was calling all around Knoxville, and Ben were the kindest and most organized person I dealt with. They made things so simple. I'd highly recommend booking with them!

Used the bus while at the IGES show. Ben was an amazing driver. Made extra steps to make sure everyone got to where they needed to go and made sure we didn’t miss our other buses. Introduced him self and entertained us along the ride. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for the hospitality.
