Very cool park and set of monuments commemorating the role Oak Ridge played in the Manhattan Project. It should definitely be added to your list if you're exploring the history of Oak Ridge, as it's not only informative but also functions as a regular old park where you can get some fresh air between museum visits. This park is also a beautiful and calm place to walk around, despite being in the center of town and surrounded by busy roads. Definitely worth the visit for anybody interested in the Manhattan Project, interested in general American history, or just interested in walking around a park.

It was ok.But I thought it was going to be bigger and more like a park to walk around in. It did have information inside the commemorative building that was interesting.

Lots to learn about how the town came to be. Not the usual story.
