The worst experience. We visited Pigeon Forge with family and friends for my daughters 17th birthday. Everyone wanted to ride the Alpine Coaster after we finished a Dinner and a Show at Hatfield and McCoy(Dinner and show were amazing). 7 of the 12 of us rode. The employee did not put the seat belt on one of the girls and had to stop the ride in the middle of it. Then when the ride finished they were all excited to purchase the picture. They saw the flash of the camera during the ride. One of the employees told them they couldn’t get a picture because they are closed. They don’t close until 11pm. It was the only a little after 10:30. So I asked the male employee who said this why? He told me too that they are closed and we could come back tomorrow to purchase the pictures. I then went to the front window that was still selling tickets and asked the girl. She was very rude. She ended up walking away from the window and another male employee came up to the window and I asked him. He told me that the cameras shut off at 10:30. Now I’m getting a new answer. I asked him if that is displayed on the website. He told me he didn’t know . He told me that there was nothing they could do about it and we could not purchase any of the pictures. We will never go back there! They are dangerous and need to train their employees better. I think this place is a serious liability and will never trust them with our children again!

Fun and affordable our grandkids loved it and I even tried the mountain coaster out. It's nice to have the ability to control how fast you go. Their staff is also friendly we've already went three times on our trip.

I highly recommend this place if you are in Smokies . There are a lot of roller coaster rides in Smokies , but this one is one of the good ones , it goes through the mountains hence nature ride . This one is in Pigeon Forge . The staff is friendly and helpful . We had fun in this coaster , did it twice . So if you are in the Smokies and in Pigeon forge , enjoy this coaster ride .

Went last night with my wife and we loved it with all the lights lite up. It was very busy but the line moved fast. Staff was friendly. I'm a bigger guy and it was user friendly. Maybe someone a little bigger then me might not be able to fit but the seat belts are a good size. I hover around 300 and I felt fine.

This was an awesome ride, I’d most definitely recommend! We were staying in Pigeon Forge on a Monday night in September so we didn’t have any trouble with a line thankfully. The guy at the ticket office was super helpful and we were able to get on the ride within 2 minutes. We also went at night which was an awesome experience. The ride itself was the perfect length and it was nice and fast. I personally recommend using no brake. Overall I’d definitely come back here and would totally recommend it to anyone in Pigeon Forge!
