So my review is base on my needs and my experience only. The rooms bed is to soft, pillows are tiny and very uncomfortable and blankets are very low quality......also for such a big room you get to "enjoy" one of the smallest TVs I seen. Overall if take that part aside, the room equipped with a full kitchen , washer and dryer and pretty specious. This is a very very kid friendly resort so if you plan on coming here just for a couple escape don't come here but if you coming with kids this is the place for you. Pretty close to many restaurants and activities. Overall 3/5

While no resort is perfect, it's obvious the ownership here cares about your experience from the moment you arrive and walk into the lobby. We book with rewards from Credit Card spending and often times this means it's very difficult to cancel or upgrade. We had a change of plans where we needed more space. At check-in they handled my request with ease and for a reasonable rate. We've stayed here 5-6 times and that's only one of many reasons we keep coming back. Thank you for taking care of us!

Absolutely love this hotel!! This is our second time staying. My kids are 9 and 12 and love the pools. The rooms are super clean and love they have a washer and dryer. We walked around outside today and the fire pits are super nice. They have a playground and grills. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to Tennessee now.

First time staying here and definitely will not be our last. We loved it! Went for Spring Break at the end of March. Indoor and outdoor pools were fully operational. They have a beautiful outdoor area with fire pits you can make s'mores on! Loved the location. Close enough to everything in Pigeon Forge. Our room was huge (kitchen, dining room/family room, bedroom, and bathroom). Balcony overlooking the pool.

Don't let the elegant photos fool you. This "resort" is no nicer than a Motel 8 or Days Inn. The photos of the rooms are very misleading. The rooms are small, and the fireplace was a complete waste of money. It puts off no heat, and is essentially just for show. The bathrooms are dated, and the carpet in our room had stains on it. The kitchen floor (tile) was sticky to the touch. The toilet constantly ran. The staff was incredibly rude at the pool. My family will not stay here again, and my recommendation is that you find some place else to stay before you book this place. There are nicer indoor water parks in Pigeon Forge.
