Overall we loved this place, pool, water reliefs and hot tubs were great, both indoor and outdoor options were great. Movie night and campfires were very nice. Location was excellent, it felt very centralized to all the attractions. Only cons: sofa bed was extremely worn out, springs poking through, overall very uncomfortable for kids. We like it cool when sleeping, AC thermostat only goes to 68. We would return!

Great location, staff was very friendly quiet property with plenty of parking. Kids loved the water park and the lady handing out free popsicles. Indoor water park is in need of updating badly. Splash pad padding is falling apart the stairs to go up the water slide are loose and crooked & the water was so cold the smaller children couldn’t stand it. The air conditioner in the room was super loud like excessively loud making sleep difficult. The small chairs in the living room were wobbly and need to be replaced, both rooms weee like that. There isnt enough shade at the water park for little ones/elderly. We had an amazing time and want to go back so that we may enjoy all the amenities they had to offer

Will never step foot on this property again!!!! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a resort/hotel. I will first start off by saying that the room for the price I paid was a joke!!!! The bed was so bad (mattress was like sleeping on the floor), dresser doors did not close, refrigerator door would not close, multiple lights out, and water pressure in shower was terrible. Now to the worst part of the trip. The management threatened to kick me off the property because I had a 6 can cooler containing three waters and three Gatorades at the pool for my 27 wk pregnant wife!!!! The lifeguards were so worried about my cooler that they were not doing their job and completely missed a kid fall from one of the kid slides and bust his teeth completely out. Then had enough nerve to ask our group what had happened. This place is so money hungry that they only allow drinks and food purchased from there outrageously priced vending machines in the pool area to be consumed in pool area.

The fitness facility is laughable - and it doesn't open until 8am. Pool area doesn't allow food yet doesn't sell food. Required facility tube for the lazy river yet they didn't have any for small children. 11 & 12 year old couldn't walk three doors down to go between each others rooms - ridiculous. Very mediocre experience for the approximate $50K our baseball teams spent there for the week. We won't be back.
